Top 10 Hollywood Superstars And Their Supercars

The Hollywood Is Full Of Style, So Are The Superstars. Check Our List OF Top 10 Superstars And Their Super Rides :

1. Steven Tyler

Hennessey Venom GT Spyder
Engine - 7.0L 1244 HP V8
0-60 - 2.7 seconds
Top Speed - 278 mph
Estimated Cost - $1M

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler may have a charmingly outdated fashion sense, but his taste in cars is spot on. The Hennessey Venom GT just recently stole the Guinness World record for fastest production car; 0-200 mph in 14.51 seconds, edging out the previous king-of-the-ring the Bugatti Veyron. If you're saying that the Venom GT looks a real lot like a Lotus Elise or Exige, you'd be right. The record smashing car is based off an Elise/Exige frame, gutted, and transformed into a track-tearing, asphalt-eating, corner-destroying madman. And that's the way we like it.

2. Jay Leno

McLaren F1
Engine - 6.1L 621 HP V12
0-60 - 3.2 seconds
Top Speed - 240 mph
Estimated Cost - $970K

It's well documented that Jay Leno is one of Hollywood's biggest (if not THE biggest) motorheads. His car collection is so expansive, he manages to make some very wealthy Saudi Arabian princes jealous. The F1 is certainly one of the crown jewels of this collection though. It's one of the fastest hypercars ever made, and at it's release in 1994, it was lauded by Autocar magazine as "one of the great events in the history of the car, and it may possibly be the fastest production road car the world will ever see."

3. Gwen Stefani

Rollys-Royce Wraith
Engine - 6.6L 624 HP V12
0-60 - 4.4 seconds
Top Speed - 186 mph
Estimated Cost - $284K

When someone mentions Rolls-Royce and asks you to name a celebrity who you think might own one, Gwen Stefani is not the first person who comes to mind. That being said, it's a damn good car to own. Last year, Rolls decided to resurrect on of their oldest production cars - the Wraith, in keeping with their ghastly naming conventions (along with the Phantom, Spirit, Ghost and Seraph.)
It's a hauntingly beautiful car, keeping with the new trend in luxury supercars that leans towards harder, more deliberate and defined angles. Despite it having the class of a proper British gentleman, the thing tops out at a blazing 186 miles per hour, despite weighing in at well over 2 tons.

4. Jay-Z

Maybach 62s
Engine - 5.5L 612HP V12
0-60 - 4.8 seconds
Top Speed - 155 mph
Estimated Cost - $432K

Not many folks here in the states have even heard of Maybach - so here's the short explanation; Maybach is what Don Corleone might have rode in, had Maybach been in the US in the 40s. It's a true status car - meant to compete with the Bentleys and Rolls-Royces of the world. It's only fitting that a man of true wealth would own one, such asJay-Z, who clocks in at a net worth of 520 million dollars. Just look at the thing - it's a hulking fortress of classiness. Don't be fooled by it's rather stodgy appearance though. It may weigh in at an automotively obese 3 tons, but its' beefy V12 will put so much power to the wheels so quickly, it will make your head spin.

5. Jason Statham

Aston Martin DBS Volante
Engine - 5.935L 510 HP V12
0-60 - 4.3 seconds
Top Speed - 191 mph
Estimated Cost - $300K

It's only fitting the man who played the speed-demon  from 'The Transporter' should ride in a steed that could satisfy his voracious appetite for velocity. The Aston Martin has always had a special place in our hearts - the smooth styles, the sleek lines and the throaty growl that emanates from the tail pipe. It's light on its' feet and it tears up asphalt like some sort of savage animal. It beat the Bentley Continental GT around the Top Gear test track like a red-headed stepchild - by a full second. That may not seem like a lot - but in automotive time, it might as well have been a year.

6. Jennifer Lopez

Bentley Continental GT
Engine - 6.0L 552 HP W12
0-60 - 5 seconds
Top Speed - 198 mph
Estimated Cost - $280K

Oh but we don't want to leave the little Bentley completely in the dust. After all, it is a fine little supercar. In 2011, J.Lo loved the car so much, she bought a black-and-white pair; one for her and one for her then beau Casper Smart. After all, what's not to love? It's got sleek lines and an engine that could blow the tires off lesser cars. An interesting fact about this particular car is the configuration of the engine - instead of using a V12 configuration, it uses a W12 - which almsot looks like someone smooshed two V6s together side by side. But all that horsepower really does pay off down straight-aways, as it tops out at just shy of 200 mph.

7. Robert Downey Jr

Audi R8
Engine - 5.2L 572 HP V10
0-60 - 3.9 seconds
Top Speed - 196 mph
Estimated Cost - $180K

No one makes supercars quite like the Germans. They have a proven pedigree in automotive engineering that's quite unlike other countries. From reliable every day drivers, to breakneck hypercars, the Germans know how to make things that have four wheels and go fast. The Audi R8 featured in the newest Iron Man movie is no exception. In fact, RDJ must have liked it so much, he got one for himself. It's a V10, which is uncharacteristic for supercars, which usually opt for the beefier 12 cylinder engines. Still, at 572 brake horsepower, it's not like anyone has room  or reason to complain. I mean... just listen to this absolutely beautiful machine.

8.Nicki Minaj

Lamborghini Aventador

Engine - 6.5L 690 HP V12
0-60 - 2.9 seconds
Top Speed - 217 mph
Estimated Cost - $397K

This savage beast, like all Lamborghinis, is named after a particularly tough bull that met it's end in the bull ring in Saragossa, Spain. Aventador, in Spanish, literally means 'Blower' and that's what this car does - in the sense that it absolute blows away the competition. The nearly 700 horsepower funneled straight to the rear tires, makes the Aventador a metaphorical stampede fit into a compact little frame. It's got the best of new age technology and traditional Lambo style. Kanye West, Chris Brown, Shaun White and Floyd Mayweather all boast a shiny new Gallardo. The special shout-out goes to Nicki Minaj though, who has a custom painted, hot-pink Aventador that would probably enrage the original Aventador more than any matador could.

9. Paul Walker

Nissan Skyline GT-R R34

Engine - 2.6L  310 HP I6
0-60 - 4.9 seconds
Top Speed - 155 mph
Estimated Cost - $100K

The Nissan Skyline R-34 was popularized in the west by the now departed Paul Walker in the much beloved (and very ridiculous) The Fast and The Furious series. Paul had a particular affinity for the R34 Skyline as well, and his family is currently auctioning off his personal model to give back to charity. The Skyline is an impressive machine - and it's one of two Japanese entries on this supercar list.
Pulling a very impressive 310 horsepower out of a 2.6L engine is no easy task, but the Japanese specialize in pulling lots of oomph out of relatively small packages. Unlike many of the cars on this list, this car was made for corners, and is happiest sliding around hairpin turns with all tires spinning, happily shredding tire on asphalt. It's a mean, green, drifting machine - and that's the way we like it.
And now for your viewing pleasure - two hotties riding in a tricked out Skyline. Enjoy.

10. Flo Rida, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and Birdman

Bugatti Veyron

Engine - 8.0L 1,164 HP W16
0-60 - 2.5 seconds
Top Speed - 267 mph
Estimated Cost - $2.5M

The Bugatti Veyron has made a name for itself in Hollywood and in automotive circles. It's become synonymous with prestige and success, and has been particularly popular with rappers and hip-hop artists. Birdman, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and Flo Rida all boast having purchased one of 405 Buggatis sold in the past ten years.
More than just King of all things speed - the Bugatti Veyron is the Emperor of the roads. It's a machination of technology and a marvel of engineering. The car lowers itself to the ground when it reaches cruising speed. It has easily the largest engine of any car on this list - an explosive 8 liter, W16 engine (basically two V8s smashed together) that pumps out an astonishing 1,164 horsepower.

The car requires 10 dedicated radiators to keep it from spontaneously combusting, and had to have it's speed electronically governed to keep the tires from disintegrating at high speed. Shockingly, while the Veyron costs an absolutely astonishing 2.5 million dollars, Volkswagon still loses over 6 million dollars on each sale! The car is so expensive it's actually a money sink - but it's a testament to it's absolute mastery of all things automotive.  It may have lost it's title as a record holder, but speed will always be synonomous with the achievements of the Veyron.
